We are a number of professionals, users and carers who have been working with Relapse Prevention in an award winning way for more than 30 years - to support people to reduce the chance of going back to old ways or failing to achieve personal lifestyle goals.

There is an enormous amount of time and energy spent on managing lifestyle hopes, however very little time is spent on working with people to learn to make and sustain lifestyle plans. Our experience shows that all people can learn the skills to improve their own goal achievement - if they are given the chance.

Our work is all about supporting people to becoming the expert in managing their own lifestyles, and we do that through the development of our health software products, education and networking.
